Welcome to Aurora’s Blog (written by Mommy)
Finally, eh? Our out-of-town relatives, which is to say, all of them, have been asking when we’re going to send them more pictures and movies, so here’s the place to see ‘em. Aurora Leah Wells is 11 weeks old now – pretty soon we’ll be counting her age in months instead of weeks, then years – ’sniff’ – how time flies! Well, here’s a virtual show-and-tell for the peeps back in my old ‘hood, and of course Brian’s peeps, too, although he’d never call them that, of course.
Here is Aurora:
Likes: milk, standing on Mommy’s or Daddy’s laps, playing with her chimes, hanging out with her mackerel buddies, & bathtime.
Dislikes: waiting for meals, tummy time, & being by herself.
Many people have asked us where we got the name ‘Aurora’ from. Brian says, “From a baby name book.” I liked the name because it was the name of the princess in Sleeping Beauty, my favorite Disney movie. It’s also the name of a Canadian mutant who can control light.
Well, that’s all I can manage for now. Next week, when Andrew-Bruce is back from Hong Kong, we’ll figure out how to post video!
